A feature of the Roster is Buddies and Groups. A Buddy is something like a Favorite in your cell phone. Somebody you want on speed dial. A Group could be your regular Pickleball or Bridge group, or it could be members of a club or committee that you are in responsible for.  You can create multiple groups.

 

Having Buddies and Groups makes it easy to add Members and Guests to your Bookings. 

 

To add a Buddy

  1. Click on the Directory link on Member Central and then on Web-based “Roster”
  2. Click on Manage Buddies and Groups

  3. Click on Add Buddy

  4. Select “Member” or “Guest” from the pop-up. If you select Guest the system will ask you to provide a name and an email for your guest.
  5. To add a Member, enter their first or last name in the Search window. Scroll down and Click on the person’s name that you want to add or the “+” sign to the right of their name.  Click on Yes ,Add

To remove a Buddy

  1. Click on the Directory link on Member Central and then on Web-based “Roster”
  2. Click on Manage Buddies and Groups

  3. Scroll down to their name and click on the “X” to the right of the name.  Click on Yes, Remove

To Make a Group

  1. Click on the Directory link on Member Central and then on Web-based “Roster”
  2. Click on Manage Buddies and Groups

  3. Click on Create Group

  4. Enter a Group Name and click on Save

  5. Click on the Group Name to manage its members.  Adding Members and Guests to Groups or removing them is like adding/removing Buddies.

To Delete a Group

  1. Click on the Directory link on Member Central and then on Web-based “Roster”
  2. Click on Manage Buddies and Groups

  3. Click on the “X” to the right of the Group Name you want to Delete and then click on Yes, Remove.
