When accounts are set up initially, only the Member listed as the Primary Member (generally the person listed first on the property deed) can view account Statements.   To allow Dependents to view the Statement:

  1. Click your Name in the Top Right-hand corner of the site.
  2. Click Edit My Profile

  3. Scroll down to the Relatives section and Check the Box to the right of Allow Statement Access

  4. Save your changes
    1. Scroll back to the top of the Edit profile page

Click Save
