When an online meeting is set up you will be sent a link in the email.  Clicking the link will allow you to open in the Teams App.  If you do not have the Teams app installed or an account created, you can create one for free at https://products.office.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/free.  If you do not wish to create an account you can join from your computer as a guest using the directions below.

All you need to join a Teams meeting is a link via email

  1. In your email invite, click on Join Microsoft Teams Meeting link.
    You can also use a dial-in number and conference ID from the email to call in.
  2. Click Allow the use of mic and camera
  3. Click Join on the web
  4. Type in your name and select Join Now.
