Because you can make reservations 3 different ways we have broken this write-up into tree parts.  Each section coving the process on each way to proceed.  The links below will take you exactly to the directions that method.

Web:

1. Login to the Website
2. Click Member Central
3. Go to the desired Amenity (Bocce, Boating, Event Center, Pickleball, Racquetball, Shuffleboard or Tennis)
4. Click the Reservations link on the selected Amenity page
5. Select the Date you are interested in.
   1. If you are looking for a date further out than the current week you will need to click the Select Date Section, highlighted below:

2. If you need to change the Month.
   1. Click the Month, in the Select Date Section.

2. Now click the Month you are looking for.
2. Select the Date you are interested in Booking. Note: there is a 3-day reservation window restriction for Pickleball and Tennis courts (ie., reservations for a Thursday cannot be made before 7:00am on the preceding Monday). Your screen should look something like the following:

4. Now Click on the Court Type Drop Down and select what you are looking to book.  This list includes everything from Boating to Tennis Courts.  

5. Change the Booking Length for the Timespan you are looking for.  An example would be 30 minutes or I would like the court for an hour.  The minimum and maximum are set by the Court Type you have selected. 
6.  Click the Times to Display and Select how to limit the displayed times. If you are not sure what to select here, please select the "Only Show Available Times" option.

7. Scroll down and select a time that you would like to book.
   1. If the time you are looking for is not shown then you might need to select a different day.
8. Select the time you are looking to book.
9. You will now be given 5 mins to complete your booking.  

10. Add any Members that will be joining you at your reservation. Please note the timer is still running during this process. 
    1. Click Add Member
    2. Start Typing the Members Name in the Provided Feild

1. You need to type more than 2 letters to start the searching process.
2. Click on the Member that you are looking to Invite

11. Add any Guests that will be joining you at your reservation.
    1. Click Add Guest
    2. Fill in the required information for the Guest.

12. Review your reservation details
13. Click Book Now to confirm and lock in your reservation.

iOS:

1. Open the iOS App
2. Make sure you are logged into the App
3. Click the Menu Button in the Top Left Corner
4. Tap Other Reservations
5. Select the Day you want
   1. If you are looking for a day further out than the current week tap the Select Date Dropdown
      1. If you need to change the month tab on the month
      2. Select the Month you are looking for.
   2. Select the Date you are wanting to make a reservation for. 
6. Tab on the Court Type
7. Select the Court you want to reserve
8. Select the Timespan you want to book for.
9. Select what times to display. 
   1. If you are not sure what to select for Times to display tap the "Only Show Available" option.
10. Scroll Down and tab the time you want to reserve.
11. Review your Reservation Details

Tab Book now to confirm your reservation.
