This Rental Application is intended only for Rental Agents who have been approved by the Keowee Key Property Owner Association Board of Directors. Please email questions or issues in accessing the application to kkpoait@kkpoa.com as needed. Request for approval by the KKPOA BOD should be directed to the administration office via phone at 864-944-2312.
The Rental Application is part of the Keowee Key Mobile App we are putting together. In this section of the App you can Add Rental Agreements and Request Gate Cards for those Agreements. You can check out the Android App on the play store, or vist the website at https://dev.keowee-key.com/m.

If your email address does not seem to be what we have on file, please contact the Admin Office at 864-944-2312 to update your email address.

Below is a video showing you how to use the Application on the page. The video below will show you how to review the agreements you have already entered into the system along with how to enter new ones.
Adding an Agreement
- Click Realtor Portal
- Click Add Agreement
- Enter the Drivers License Number as it appears on the license
- Select the Issuing state of the license
- Click Next
- If this is a returning renter to Keowee Key their previous information will show in the Form. Please review the information for correctness, if this is a new renter to Keowee Key please provide the requested information.
- Click Next
- Start typing the Rental Property Street Address Only, Select the correct property from the Drop Down
- Click Next
- Enter the Start and End Date of the Lease Agreement
- Click Next
- The agreement Review page will now load
